Our Venture Crew meets regularly on Tuesdays from 7.15 pm to 8.45 pm during school term time. Punctuality is vital, so please ensure you arrive on time and are ready to fully engage in the activities. If you anticipate being late or unable to attend a meeting, please notify the crew leaders in advance. Any changes to meeting times or locations will be communicated through our dedicated WhatsApp group. Unless otherwise specified, meetings will take place at the foyer of Huntstown Community Centre. We request that you wait until the required ratio of leaders is present before departing at the end of the meeting.

To cover the costs associated with our high-adventure activities, subs until Christmas 2023 have been set at €60 due to limited use of the Huntstown Community Centre. From January to June 2024, subs will be an additional €110. New members are also required to pay Scouting Ireland Insurance of €65 during the November Annual General Meeting (AGM). Subs should be paid online through bank transfer, ensuring you include your name as the reference on the transaction. To inform us about your chosen payment frequency, please email the Group Treasurer at 179huntstowntreasurer@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can make subs payments directly to David Maguire via Revolut, indicating your name and the purpose of payment.
